Welcome to the vibrant world of Las Islitas Mariscos, where seafood dreams come true against the bustling backdrop of Las Vegas. Nestled at 6831 W Flamingo Rd #406, this seafood haven is a treasure trove for fans of mariscos, offering a carefully curated menu that tantalizes the taste buds and celebrates the freshness of the ocean.
The moment you step inside, you're greeted by an inviting atmosphere awash in calming baby blue tones, a space designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Not only is the environment pleasing, but the staff is equally accommodating, ensuring your dining experience is nothing short of memorable. As Ana Olivera aptly noted, the entire team, from the friendly waitstaff to the charismatic bossman, radiates a vibe that makes you feel right at home.
Now, let’s talk about the heart of Las Islitas Mariscos: the food. Their botanas or appetizers set the stage for an unforgettable meal. The hot wings are a must-try, but it’s their ceviche that truly shines—especially the ceviche hawaillano, featuring shrimp and scallops harmoniously melded with pineapple and a zesty mango sauce. Speaking of ceviche, if you love spice, the aguachiles won't disappoint; packed with bold flavors and a thrilling kick!
As you move onto the shrimp plates, you’ll find yourself torn between incredible options. Whether it’s the camarones al patron, boasting shrimp sautéed in a luscious sauce, or the delightful camarones imperiales enveloped in cheese—a combination that is simply decadent. For those who appreciate a bit more zest, the camarones ala diabla deliver a fiery red sauce that tantalizes the senses.
The attention to detail in both flavor and presentation is something that stands out. Guests rave about the freshness of the ingredients, with one patron exclaiming how their ceviche was brimming with shrimp, making it worth every penny on the menu. Others have praised the fried red snapper and mojarras dressed with fresh seafood, stating it’s one of their best dining moments in recent memory.
All in all, Las Islitas Mariscos is not just a restaurant; it’s a delectable seafood experience waiting to unfold. The friendly service, inviting ambiance, and exceptional food create the perfect backdrop for a memorable outing with friends or loved ones. Have a margarita bulldog to sip as you soak in the vibrant atmosphere—trust me, your taste buds will thank you!
Whether you're grabbing a quick bite after a busy day or looking for a hearty meal that celebrates California's coastal cuisine, Las Islitas Mariscos is unequivocally a place worth visiting. So come dive into their ocean of flavors, and discover why this seafood haven is quickly becoming a favorite in Las Vegas!

Atmostphere : Todo chido, las morras bien cool, Bossman is super cool, as well. I I had a question, and while on a call, he acknowledged my question, even tho i asked a waitress I had asked if the place had just got remodeled because it looks nice and gives me peaceful vibes w all the baby blue.. Service : Les llegue a mal hora pero tuvieron paciencia, todas las morras se ponieron a resolver, que la tarjeta no pasaba Al fin pasaron mis 2 tarjetas y no le debo al novio I almost had to swipe my mans card, but thankfully, 2 of mines covered the tab. They patiently waited for me to come pick up. I did too, so I gave a call while on my way. The food: Aguachiles Verdes, super spicy, i like it, has limes slices on side but some more would be nice since its only spicy. I like spicy and limoney, pero todo cool. Thankfully, i had slices of limes in the baggie they gave me. Each to their own, pero pidan limones porque nadie es perfect and limes can be forgotten. Each plate deserves their own post, plus im saving the ceviche pa mañana, que i got this all for me, as my man is out of town for work.

Everything was good, the food was served quickly and our waitress was very nice. The Aguachile salsa was super spicy but had a good flavor.

FRESH and DELICIOUS! Went for the 1st time with some friends that said they are the best. Las Islitas did not disappoint. Friendly and fast service. Clean establishment. Great seating for our party of 5. As is to be expected these days, a bit pricey.

So I leave a lot of good reviews but this place it just wow! We got the shrimp ceviche, oysters, fried red snapper and fried mojarras topped with octopus scallops and shrimp. We also both got the margarita bulldog which is basically a Corona rita but we got on the rocks not frozen, came with a full size corona not the tiny ones! The ceviche was so good and fresh, a lot of shrimp, well worth the price, plenty of hot sauce options to spice it up for any palette including 3 different habanero sauces. Both whole fishes were fried perfectly, crunchy, tender, seasoned well. I ate one half and was so proud I thought I finished it just to realize there was another half to this fish so we both had to take ours home but iv never been so excited for leftovers! Even just the beans and rice paired so well with the spicy sauce from the mojarras, the entire experience was one of the best iv had for a while. Friendly service, they do not rush you at all, very laid back environment with good music! Definitely reccomend for anyone looking for a unique and reasonably priced mariscos experience in Vegas. All of this was under $150.

- 3 concerns: 1) WAY too pricey ($40 without tax or tip for a regular order of shrimp ceviche and 3 fish tacos…and 1 Whiskey & Coke was $17 for me! — you’re looking at about $80+ total, with tax and tip, for a basic dinner and drink for two; 2) below average waitress service (order was taken quickly, and we were forgotten about until the last bite or two, at which point we were asked if we wanted more water that we had been waiting for); and, 3) a sketchy front parking lot area (with bums around the front entrance from the nearby 7-11 and dive bar). - Food was really tasty (free chips & salsa — salsa too liquidy IMO). - Ambiance is nice (clean, open space, lighted well, nice art/murals, nice interior design/decor, TVs, small band to play live music).
